MSDA Foundation CE Event - 2023

On the 20th of March every year, the world unites to help reduce the burden of oral diseases, which affect individuals, health systems and economies everywhere. In celebration of World Oral Health, we invite you to join us on Friday, March 24, 2023, from 9 am until 3:30 pm for a day of Continuing Education hosted by the MSDA Foundation! In alignment with World Oral Health Day’s mission, The MSDA Foundation seeks to empower people with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to secure good oral health.

Topics include Oral Health: An Evidence & Data-Driven Approach to Achieve Better Health, Equity, & Fiscal Responsibility, Oral Health in America: Challenges & Opportunities, Infant C.A.R.E. Beyond First Latch and the California Oral Health Literacy Project.

Our speakers include Chief Dental Officer of Center of Medicaid and Medicare Dr. Natalia Chalmers, Deputy Director: National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research Dr. Jennifer Webster-Cyriaque, Pediatric dentists Drs. Linda and Krystle Dean-Duru and California State Dental Director Dr. Jaynanth Kumar, and his co-speaker Clinical professor of community health science, Dr. Linda Neuhauser.

This event will take place from 9:00-3:30 p.m. and will be hybrid via zoom and at the MSDA headquarters: 8901 Herrmann Drive Columbia, MD 21045. Lunch will be provided to all day participants at the MSDA office. All day passes for MSDA members are just $250 - this is a can’t miss deal for 6 CE credits!
